Installation

Pick an installer for your platform, install via Conda, or build OsdagBridge from source.

Memory (RAM)4 GB min (8 GB recommended)
Disk Space15 GB+ free space (~1 GB installer, expands to 10+ GB)

  1. Download the installer

    Grab the latest Windows installer directly from GitHub Releases:

    Download OsdagBridge-Setup.exe

  2. Run the installer

    Double-click OsdagBridge-Setup.exe and follow the on-screen prompts.

    Since the installer is not yet code-signed, Windows may show a "Windows protected your PC" prompt. Click More info → Run anyway to continue.

    OsdagBridge installs to C:\Program Files\OsdagBridge by default. You can choose a different folder during setup.

    Choose a short installation path

    For best results, choose an installation path that is short and has few nested folders. Very long or deeply nested paths, such as C:\Users\xyz\abc\pqr\def\hij\osb, may prevent OsdagBridge from launching correctly. We recommend keeping the default location or choosing a similarly short folder such as C:\OsdagBridge.

  3. Launch OsdagBridge

    Use the desktop shortcut or the Start Menu entry created by the installer.

  4. Uninstalling

    Use Add or Remove Programs, or run the uninstaller shortcut created alongside the app.
